James Aldridge – Osteopath

James graduated with a Masters in Osteopathy from RMIT University.

He has a keen interest in sporting injuries (with an emphasis on rehabilitation) and in anatomy and biomechanics and their role in the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries.

• He has special insight into upper extremity injuries through many years of playing competitive sport.
• James is an active sportsman (cricket and rugby) and surfer.
