Yoga is a wonderful way to stretch, strengthen and rejuvenate the body while having the ability to increase focus and awareness of the mind.

At West End our goal is to guide you with awareness through a safe practice of Yoga in order to allow you to truly feel these benefits. Our lunchtime classes are a perfect way to incorporate Yoga into your day.

The discipline of Yoga, incorporating postures (asana) in conjunction with breathing techniques produces many health benefits and will help to:

  • Improve strength, flexibility and co-ordination
  • Increase body awareness, alignment and posture
  • Improve breath patterns
  • Calm and quieten the mind
  • Induce relaxation and reduce stress

At West End we have a strong emphasis on safety, so class numbers are kept small to ensure that the practice at all times considers the varying abilities and conditions of individuals.
